Blåhaj entering maintenance mode

Shutdown Hajkey software (+0m)

Perform database backup (+1m)
This is going to take 40m to run which will push everything back 30m.

Run manual pre-upgrade database migrations (+30m)

Run Sharkey migrate (+30m)
Running into a few conflicts I'm having to manually resolve and this is taking longer than expected. Currently ~50m.

Run manual post-upgrade database migrations (+1h20m)

Start up Sharkey software (+1h30m)

Estimated timeline:

Exit maintenance mode (+30m)

Maintenance complete (+30m)
